I pride myself on trying to achieve the best possible service for my clients so that they can enjoy and get the most from their personal training sessions.
I have been training with Jennifer for about 9 months and I can honestly say I never thought I would ever enjoy fitness in the gym or otherwise.
I had tried to get fit but completely lacked motivation to do by myself, so decided to try a PT.
I knew getting a PT would be an investment, however I can safely say jennifer has returned that investment 10 fold. She encouraged me to stick with it when I got a bad back ( not through training). I got frustrated and wanted to give up but jennifer just adapted my work outs and before long I was back to full work outs once again. I don’t feel like a client I feel like much more. Jennifer has taken the time to get to know me and what my wants and needs are, she always knows when I have that little bit more in me, even though I don’t think I do. My work outs are always varied and fun!! I’ve found out I love boxing and am seeing my hard work pay off.
Jennifer is more than just a PT so much more, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
I’ve known Hayley for about a year and she has helped me in so many ways. Hayley has help me to loose weight and tone up in a safe way. She had also helped me become more confident in the way I look and become more happier with my body.
Hayley always listens to me and then takes that on board what been said in our next sessions. Hayley is strict but fair and will push you to your limit, while supporting you. She will never let me quit in any of her exercise classes even if try are a challenging.
she will always tell me “You can do this, push yourself think about why you doing this, believe in yourself.”
Hayley is a great role model for me and for all of her clients she is always smiling which then makes you smile even when we are doing the hard and more challenging moves. Hayley will even do the exercisers with me so i don’t feel like I’m doing it on my own,she always coming up with new idea on how to make it fun.
After just a few short weeks of exercising with Jenny I feel so much fitter than I thought I could be.
Jenny designs exercise programmes that are interesting and varied and provide just the right level of challenge to ensure I keep progressing.
Being so unfit initially I thought the only exercise I could manage was walking, but Jenny has shown just how much I am capable of and for the first time in years I actually enjoy regular exercise.
I first got in touch with Jenny just over a year ago – I had had a baby 8 months previously and had come to the conclusion that I needed help to get my pre-baby body back!! I found Jenny’s website and from the very first phonecall and subsequent free initial consultation I knew she was the perfect person to motivate me and get me back on track!
We agreed to try running – I had never run before for any length of time, but I was keen to exercise outside as much as I could. Jenny was brilliant at getting me motivated and encouraging me to keep going – reminding me of my goals to lose weight, tone up and get fit! On my first running session I could barely finish a lap of my local park but after 4 months of training twice a week, Jenny ran with me in my first ever race.
I completed the Victory 5 mile Road Race in Cosham in a very respectable time of 54 minutes. In June I completed the Portsmouth Race for life in 29 minutes – a personal best.
My fitness and stamina levels have improved greatly, I have so much more energy to run around after my 2 year old and I am back to a size 12!!
Jenny is so much fun to be around, she is professional and knows her stuff, but I now count her as a friend too!.
