I have been providing mobile personal training services for many years and love helping people improve their health and fitness. I ensure I keep up to date with my qualifications and training and take huge pride in being professional and knowledgeable in many aspects of the fitness industry.

I have a fun and friendly approach and enjoy motivating and encouraging during and between sessions.

I have worked with a huge variety of clients over the years and really enjoy helping people get fit, healthy and lose weight by educating them and getting them to enjoy the process. Since having my gorgeous son in 2014, I added further training to my existing Pre and Post Natal qualifications and have since gone on to have a beautiful daughter via caesarean section. Along with continuing my studying in this area and having 2 different pregnancies and 2 different births myself, I believe I have a real understanding of training pregnant women and new mum’s.

I personally enjoy high intensity exercise and full body strength sessions as it gives me a real buzz and makes me feel great, I also enjoy running, cycling and watersports. I did however focus on post natal training for many months following the births of my children and feel this has set me up for getting back to my more challenging workouts.

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and have a total passion for anything health and fitness. Having always enjoyed and participated in exercise I decided I would train as a personal trainer and gain the qualifications to make my passion a career.

I am enthusiastic and approachable and love helping people. I am very professional and strive to make training sessions loads of fun but also very effective. My aim is to guide and support you through your training during and between sessions.

I enjoy most aspects of exercise especially running, strength training, swimming, yoga and cycling.

I enjoy participating in events with my clients including Tough Mudder and cycling events, I find they give you a real sense of achievement and a good reason to fit in those exercise sessions.
