What happens in a session?

 

Our first session will be an assessment to find out out more about you. We will do some key measurements, postural assesments and a fitness test. This will also be a benchmark as a starting point from which to measure our progress.

I will devise a suitable fitness programme specifically designed to achieve your goals. By setting targets we can monitor your progess and amend the programme as you meet your milestones.

I will try and make the sessions fun and enjoyable but also challenging!

Most of all I am there with you to keep you going and make sure you are doing everything correctly and safely.
